Regulation 261/2004 of the European Union, common to all Member States, as well as to the other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, serves to ensure the rights of air passengers.
This regulation applies to all flights departing from a Community airport, as well as flights from outside the EEA to an EEA Airport, provided that the carrier is European.
In this regulation there are several situations in which it is possible to request reimbursement or compensation in the event that a consumer's rights have been harmed.
Tobo & Quintana law firm has acted continuously in defence of its clients' rights, both in and out of court, in the most diverse situations, such as cases of delays, flight cancellations and boarding refusal.
